Santa Fe's leading contemporary art galleries are located seven blocks southwest of the downtown plaza in the historic Railyard District and include Art Vault, Blue Rain Gallery, Charlotte Jackson Fine Art, Evoke Contemporary, form & concept, LewAllen Galleries, Tai Modern, and Zane Bennett Contemporary Art along with the contemporary art museum SITE Santa Fe and New Mexico Museum of Art Vladem Contemporary.
Housed in spacious warehouse style buildings, all of the venues are within walking distance of each other, and neighbor the lively Santa Fe Farmer's Market. The Railyard Arts District (RAD™) seeks to add to the excitement of the Railyard area through coordinated events like the Last Friday Art Walk and Free Fridays at SITE Santa Fe and New Mexico Museum of Art Vladem Contemporary.
